Periodic status checks for tailored audiences

Hi,

Per Twitter’s Ads API documentation, an audience can only be targeted if it matches at least 500 users active within the past 30 days on Twitter.

Does Twitter periodically check and update the reasons_not_targetable status of tailored audiences processed in the past?

We are looking to understand if a tailored audience that has its current “reasons_not_targetable”: [“TOO_SMALL”] (“targetable”: false) may become targetable in the future (“reasons_not_targetable”: []). What about the other way from “reasons_not_targetable”: [] to “reasons_not_targetable”: [“TOO_SMALL”], is this a possible scenario?
