My account is not accepting any payment information so that I can make requests for tweets as a Twitter developer. I am a graduate student doing research, and my advisor accidentally canceled the payment on his card. My account must have been flagged in some way from this and now Twitter will not accept my payment information from any card. I would like to pay and resume collecting tweets as soon as possible because my research project depends on this.
