Particular message should go to particular follower group in my twitter account

Hello all,

let us say i have 1000 followers.

i have categorized some followers in A category, some in B, some in C, some in D, some in E and some in F.

i want mechanism like particular hashtag e.g. #A message should go to only A category followers,
message with hashtag e.g. #B message should go to only B category followers.

can you please help me with this?
