can i get cursors for my timeline or my favorites?

Working with timelines describes how to use pagination with home_timeline/user_timeline. It looks like GET favorites/list supports the same style of pagination.

That kind of pagination does not work when the tweets are in other “cursor”.

I don’t understand what you are saying in your response. Different Twitter API endpoints support different types of pagination. The links I provided show the the type of pagination supported on the endpoints you asked about. They do not support cursors.
