Page URL broken when sharing for website in Russian language

Hello,

I am having an issue when sharing a content on Twitter. After sharing my URL should have been “http://staging.everydayme.ru/семья/досуг/совет/articletesttwitter”

However on Twitter i see that in my tweet the Url is “staging.everydayme.ruсемья/досуг/совет/articletesttwitter”

Notice that the / after the domain name has been removed hence the link is broken.

Any help would be very appreciated.

I was able to replicate the URL linking behavior you reported on the main Tweet composer on Twitter.com. The issue is not unique to the Tweet web intent dialog. A bug was created for the Tweet composer team to investigate.
