I keep getting an OVER CAPACITY message when I try to access this account. I have not problem accessing my other account.
I have the same problem!! What was your solution? (one account says over capacity and won’t allow login)

Same issue, here. Even though you cannot help on this issue, I wonder if the developers are able to shed some light on why this may be occurring?
It usually has something to do with how an account’s user data is cached, and the potential for that cache to become corrupt in some way. A support agent, once receiving a report through official appropriate channels, can often perform operations that will make the account resume typical behavior again.l
