Hi, I’ve been seeing many, intermittent “Over Capacity” errors lately ( Code 130 ). This is happening when making the following request:
POST https://api.twitter.com/1.1/media/library/add.json
I was just wondering if this is a known issue that is being looked into? Is it possible that there is something with my request that may increase the likelihood of getting this error? I would appreciate any help with avoiding this issue. Thanks!
