Our Twitter feeds are not displaying in our website

Our Twitter feeds are not displaying in our website. It used to display all the new feeds but now it just showing a hyper link “Tweets by @DubaiPrestigeRE”

http://www.prestigedubai.com/ it is our website and our Twitter page is “https://twitter.com/DubaiPrestigeRE”

Please help me out to figure it out.
