If a user revokes your app’s access to their account for receiving account activities, you’ll see an application revoke event. This was mentioned a few days ago, and was added just around the launch. It looks like it hasn’t hit the documentation yet, so I’ll do some prodding!
Users are never proactively told when another user blocks or mutes them, so you should not expect to see events relating to these inbound, but you should see events when the authenticated user blocks or mutes another user (so that your app can honor that intent and hide any content from those users in any UI elements right away). I’m a little surprised if you’re not seeing additional mute events on an ongoing basis if you’re adding new mutes against other users.
