OS and app version requirements

I’m having trouble with Twittter native video. I need to import video files from my phone but videos only show on my camera roll if I’m using an iPhone 6. This feature doesn’t work on an iPhone 4, Samsung Galaxy S4… What is the minimum requirement to upload video (already on camera roll) to Twitter?

This sounds like you’re talking about using the native Twitter client to upload video, rather than the API? Unfortunately we’re not able to help with non-development / consumer app issues here.
