Original tweets truncated when exceding 140 characters

When a Tweet includes pictures and others entities to exceed the 140 character limit the tweets are truncated without showing all the text including mentions and hahstags.

You need to specify extended tweet mode to get the full text of truncated tweets. This can be used on ANY endpoint that retrieves Tweets

thanks for the great idea @richardhyland

kindly advise the way to collect full_text tweets in sandbox 30day/or/fullarchive as truncated tweets text is not workable for my academic purpose (opinion mining).

Hi @Hamedhamedf - the full text of the Tweet is returned by default in the Tweet payload, under extended_tweet.full_text
