Ongoing harassment


I’ve made several complaints to Twitter support in the last fortnight over a constant barrage harassment and abuse by another user, but I’m yet to receive a response. The user has also identified personal information about my employment which is in no way publicly available.

I have been on Twitter since 2008 and I’ve never encountered such relentless abuse. I’d like to know how long will it take to respond to my request for action to ensure this user simply leaves me alone, as I’ve requested them to do and as they have refused to do.
