I have been trying to contact someone about getting a One-time Historical PowerTrack job. I’ve developed a ruleset and requested a job using the appropriate form: Apply for enterprise API access | Twitter Developer Platform

I haven’t heard back from an account manager regarding my request. Who can I contact about this? Or is there another form I should fill out that I’m missing?

Hi there. I’ve asked internally and we’re not sure we can identify your specific request - I understand it is frustrating to be asked to resubmit, but would you be able to do this a second time in case there was a glitch in our system? You’ve used the correct form (enterprise access request).

Hi Andy, I’ve just submitted again. I have actually submitted this request at least once a week since the start of September. Each time I get a message that says the form has been successfully submitted.
