I used the Twitter’s Card Validator page to validate a web page configured with proper twitter:image, og:image tags, the result was as follows:
And on the first load (left half of the screenshot) the image were not rendered, and on the second load (the right half of the screenshot) the image got rendered well, As shown on the screenshot below:
After the second load the image keeps rendering on subsequent loads, the issue appears on the first loading only.
How to get the image rendered even on the first load???

Our engineers took a look at the troubleshooting page (/en/docs/twitter-for-websites/cards/guides/troubleshooting-cards) and we added an extra param (named trick) to the image URL to prevent caching.

The above website is not a production environment, instead it is a staging environment that get turned off and on frequently. (I do not think this is related to the mentioned issue)
