Having trouble getting all the followers for a user; the next_cursor becomes 0 while there is still a remainder of followers that isn’t large enough to fill another page.
Given a user with 617 followers a count of 200 yields 600 followers, 199 -> 597, 101 -> 606
Some guidance would be appreciated
