#2

Are you a Gnip customer? Gnip APIs are paid commercial products.

#3

I am not a gnip customer.
Can I obtein the following list of all the people in someones following list using GNIP?
Can I get GNIP as an academic product? It is for my thesis in Computer Science

Gnip is a commercial set of APIs.

The use case you described on another thread here would be governed by the Twitter API limits, unfortunately.

#5

My case is get the following list of all the people in someones following list.
1-So GNIP will not work for my case?
2-Do you have another idea to do my case?
3-Do you know how many twitter apps, from https://apps.twitter.com/, can I use in simultaneous?
Because I think that I can create for example 50 twitter apps, and make the 50 apps * 15 queries * 15 minutes (because the api limit, https://dev.twitter.com/rest/reference/get/followers/ids ) and resolve my problem

The next reply from you, I can’t reply to you like this because I am a new user, so I am going to edit this comment to reply you!

You must not create multiple apps to attempt to circumvent the API limits.

We appreciate that your use case is academic but please do not attempt to circumvent limits in this way, it is against our API principles.

Gnip products cannot help you to spider a social graph.

#7

Do you have another idea to resolve my problem?
How many twitter apps I can create?

You should only use one application for a specific use case, not multiple. You’ll have to follow the rate limits and that may mean that you’re not able to do exactly what you want to do for very large data sets, without the imposition of time.
