hi guys,

I’m getting this javascript error while initializing the web intent in my application. I’m trying to share via tweeter and it fails the callback when this error comes. This also happens in https://dev.twitter.com/web/intents#tweet-intent site also. this is only related to IE. chrome and firefox works fine.

Do any of you guys have a solution to this

Can you share a link to the site where this happens? Which version of IE are you using?

Hi,

you can regenerate the issue by following below steps

go to https://dev.twitter.com/web/intents using Internet Explore 11(IE11, which i’m using)
and click on the https://twitter.com/intent/tweet under “Tweet or Reply to a Tweet” you will get a javascript error on console as

Object doesn’t support property or method 'remove’
File: js_inst, Line: 3, Column: 876

I’m not seeing that behaviour in IE 11 on Windows 10 (or in Edge, which I realise is newer anyway). I’ll see whether anyone else on the team is able to reproduce it.
