OAuth didn’t work in mobile device? even in twittercommunity ?

when authenticating/authorizing my, the browser is redirected to “api. twitter. com/ login” which returns “Sorry, that page doesn’t exist!”

This only happens in mobile device ? I’m guessing this is something to do with the useragent?
