Hello.

/oauth/authenticate not call oauth_callback on Mobile Safari.

1. POST https://api.twitter.com/oauth/request_token with oauth_callback=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx responsed
   oauth_token=xxxx,
   oauth_token_secret=xxxx,
   oauth_callback_confirmed=true.

2. GET https://api.twitter.com/oauth/authenticate?oauth_token=xxxx displayed login form.

3. submit login

   ・Desktop Firefox 31.0
   >callbacked to oauth_callback,success.

   ・Android 4.2.2
   >callbacked to oauth_callback,success.

   ・Desktop Safari 6.0.5

   callbacked to oauth_callback,success.

   ・Mobile Safari(iOS 6.1.3,iOS 7.0,iOS 8.0GM)
   >not callbacked oauth_calback.
   displayed ‘403 Forbidden: The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it.’
