oAuth 404 Issue

I am running into oAuth issues with the server returning 404 page not found. Can someone help? Below is the curl command that I copied straight from Twitter’s “oAuth Tool” page.

Testing on Windows machine:

The endpoint you are posting this to (https://api.twitter.com/1.1/) is invalid.
Please have a look at the OAuth Docs in order to learn about how OAuth works and how it is implemented on Twitter or consider using a library that does it for you, as it is quite tricky to get right on the first try.

Thanks. I did not realize that the Twitter Tool was defaulting the api version to 1.1. Changing it to api.twitter.com/oauth did the trick.
