I was able to implement OAuth2 with Facebook, Google, Instagram for few hours using node.js and passport.js (my first try ever to use OAuth in my projects). passport-twitter on the other hand does not seem to work with my setup. It took me almost all day to realize that this was due to the fact that it does not support OAuth2. (by the way I found other people having the same problem) So unless you implement OAuth2 I will stop providing Twitter as a single sign on option on my website.

Does Twitter have come up with a support for OAuth 2.0?

I was able to implement Facebook Graph API easily with a single access token embedding in its graph api url whereas I am kind of still scratching my head for Twitter.

My application will use another module that will provide me the access tokens for Facebook and Twitter. So for facebook i can simply use the token as stated above eliminating the use of liboauth.

Can anybody please tell me do I have to digitally sign every call even after getting access toke for twitter?
