Number of tweets on "home_timeline" keep changing

i draw them with the maximum amount of 200
on each next fetch i use the smallest id given -1 as sugested in the timeline handling document
for some reason the total number i am getting keeps changing

any idea of how to solve this? or why does it happen?
i mean the home_timeline

I updated the documentation to make this clear, but the count parameter for this endpoint really represents a maximum number of tweets to return, rather than an exact number—because suspended/deleted content is removed after the count is applied.
