Null response

Hello,
We try to get user timeline with twitter API. But it keep getting response: null.
Our example: http://xclusivetechja.com/

It’s only for that server/domain. We’ve tried on other server/domain and our code work: http://vencorp.venmond.com
We tried another possible solution regarding server:

update PHP to latest PHP
Enable Curl
Set CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER to false

Still doesn’t work.

What could be the error?
Is it possible that twiiter blocking server’s IP or anything else?

What is the HTTP response code? what HTTP headers are you seeing? have you tried tracing the error?

I would expect you to be receiving an HTTP status code back (200, 404, etc).
