Notify external url with all data when a new tweet/post is added

Hello everyone,

Do we have a way to setup an external url in twitter account so when a new post/tweet is added then url will be hit with all the parameters. This way tweet will be published on my website as well. If yes, then will it send all the values in different parameters or a consolidated text/post

You may want to look into the Account Activity API which offers support for webhooks.
