Notification/alert in real time whenever my application authenticated users tweets into their account

Hello,

I have few users authenticated my application to their twitter account. I want to know if there is any API available by twitter so I can get notification/alert in real time whenever those users tweets into their account.

OR

any other way I can fetch list of my application’s authenticated users, who has been recently tweets into their account.
