I created a blog and have been attempting to apply for a twitter card, however I have not been white listed yet.
How can I get my blog whitelisted so I can apply for the twitter card?

You need to add Twitter Cards markup to your site. Then, you can check that the markup works using the Validator. Unless you are using a Player card, there is no reason to be whitelisted or to “apply”, the Cards will simply work from then on.
