Not letting me RT or Fav any tweets on my timeline

It is not letting me RT or FAV any tweets on my timeline, I refresh like 50 times and it makes it worse. Every time I go to the '@connect ’ tab, it takes me back to the homepage. Help on how to solve this would be much appreciated. Thanks
