I have been trying with no response to contact twitter in regards to my ticket number 14974814. I was instructed to fax Twitter my information (within a 48 hour window), business card, and Photo ID. I have tried twice, once with no response and a second time the fax number didn’t work at all. I have also emailed the information. My business name, which I own the trademark on (and have provided the information to prove that twice now) has not been returned to me, yet, nor have I received any response at all from the Twitter team other than the automated email telling me to fax the information (again, I tried, does not work).
Please instruct me on the best way to go about resolving this situation. They seem to have dead ends to every way to contact help with this.
