Not Getting any response by calling a statuses/show API method

Hi,

I am getting blank response without any error information when my application made the statuses/show:id api call using TwitterOAuth library on live server.

It was working fine before a week but suddenly, the response comes blank.

what could be the possible reason? Does twitter blacklisted due to fixed rate limit exceed?

You can use the application/rate_limit_status endpoint to check for rate limit values - I would expect you to get an error code indicating that you had exceeded the rate limit, though. Not sure why this is returning a blank response at the moment. Any headers or HTTP response codes?
