Not able to display image with twitter summary card

I have used summary cards for showing image,title,description and url. My html page is working properly in twitter card validator but showing only link in Twitter. The url is:- http://54.254.206.84/BuzzCloud/Temp//201684831.htm

I don’t know why it’s not working also tried with summary large image cards and with player cards for audio and video. But always only link displays nothing else

This will not work unless you have a fully-qualified DNS address for your link. We can’t present cards for dotted IP URLs.
