Continuing the discussion from Not able to create a promoted only tweets - (User 112387215 is not authorized to create tweets for user id 112387215):

I am getting this error too.
I checked my permission by GET accounts/:account_id/authenticated_user_access
it returned ACCOUNT_ADMIN, TWEET_COMPOSER

So, what should i do to fix this error ?

Is it a campaign with the objective FOLLOWERS?

Found my problem.
My account is admin account but not promotable account (by compare permission and list of promotable accounts)
when i add promotable user id as as_user_id, it worked well.
But still not understand why admin is not promotable account ?

As far as I know, only Twitter Staff can make a Twitter account a promotable user of another account.
