I’m not able to create a promoted only tweets using the apps token & secret. I’m getting the below error "User 112387215 is not authorized to create tweets for user id 112387215"
For this I need the users access token and secret?
Yes, you will need a user context in order to create promoted only tweets for the user. This is also documented on the endpoint:
Requires authentication? Yes (user context only)
