None of the API/Plugins work on my website

I have been on so many forums, seen so many tutorials, been on the twiiter developers website. All i want to do is put my twitter feed on my website and nothing works.

Can someone help please?

Thanks Ian, but this is where i started and it never worked. So i got on to the net and looked and no plugin at all works so far.
