Non-realtime Timeline, mobile app with thousand of concurrent users

Hi,

I just want to know the best way and the best API to give a non-realtime timeline (user push refresh button) based on a twitter search/hastag for a mobile app with thousand of concurrent users.

Twitter search?
Streaming API?
Site streaming API?

Likely you’ll want to require the end-users to authenticate and use the Search API for this – unless the queries are cyclical. In that case, you’d want to centralize your tweet collection to a server using the Streaming API and have your app securely query/read from your collection.
