No results returned from search api (same query in the public website returns results instead)

#1

Hi, i’ve a problem with the twitter search api. With some particular query (eg: https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json?q=misura%20stevia&lang=it), no results are returned from the api requests, but the same query in the public Twitter website returns some results (eg: https://twitter.com/search?q=misura%20stevia%20lang%3Ait&src=typd).
I’ve issued the request from the Twitter console (https://dev.twitter.com/console) and the “count” field in the “search_metadata” of the response is greater than 0. Same result without the lang parameter.
Is there something wrong? Thanks.

I believe I have the same problem.

https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json?q=firefox%20%40nodejs (firefox @nodejs)
returns no results but
https://api.twitter.com/1.1/search/tweets.json?q=firefox%20%23nodejs (firefox #nodejs)
does.

response from firefox @nodejs:
