We followed the procedure you mentioned.
(Applied for the developer account and also submitted a request). While we got a confirmation for the request submission, we haven’t received any update on the next steps. (in spite of sending a reminder email).
As of today our app stopped working because we’ve reached out rate limits for posting tweets.
We need this fixed ASAP, how do we get our account elevated???
