Following the announcement on the POST limit changes, we followed the step by step guide on applying for elevated POST access. The “Request for elevated POST access” has never been an option for us on the developer support form, so we have sent our request under the generic “I have an API question…” option twice since August and have not received any responses indicating that our application is under review or approved.
Today, some of our users cannot publish their scheduled content through our application because we are over the limit. We would appreciate clarification on:
- How can we resolve this immediately?
- What is the status on our requests?
- Is there a communication channel other than the developer form and the forum which is quicker for getting a response or sending in requests?
