No reply after adressing a notice from Twitter



Recently we’ve received what seems to be an automated policy violation notice from Twitter and we could use your help. Basically, the mail says our app has violated the rule about “Automated replies and mentions” and gives us till August 30th to make any necessary changes.
We therefore went ahead with a complete internal review of all the product functionalities, deployed numerous tweaks and updates, and we now believe to be fully compliant.
we also immediately followed up and asked to get more details, but so far we’ve received no reply.

We’d be really thankful for a chance to get feedback or some assurance that our app is indeed now in good terms with the platform policies.
