No metatags found when matatags exist

#1

When I try to validate my page (http://www.stylekick.com/u/Gabrielle-Chapman/outfits/BnbQZOCeZY), I have this error:

INFO: Page fetched successfully
WARN: No metatags found

BUT in the page we have this:

<meta name="twitter:card" content="summary_large_image">
<meta name="twitter:site" content="@stylekick">
<meta name="twitter:creator" content="@Gabrielle Chapman">
<meta name="twitter:title" content="Stylekick | Gabrielle Chapman | Outfit Showcase">
<meta name="twitter:description" content="A showcase for Stylekick fashion enthousiasts to share their outfits and pieces.">
<meta name="twitter:image:src" content="https://s3.amazonaws.com/stylekick-ios/users/PVGrwrcUPQ/BnbQZOCeZY/image.jpg">
<meta name="twitter:app:name:iphone" content="Stylekick | Gabrielle Chapman | Outfit Showcase">
<meta name="twitter:app:id:iphone" content="703129064">
<meta name="twitter:app:country" content="US">
<meta name="twitter:app:id:ipad" content="703129064">
<meta name="twitter:app:id:googleplay" content="">

Any lights on this?

The same here. At first, I found that Twitter doesn’t support html5 styled meta tags, so I’ve changed it to <meta />. Then I checked robots.txt, accessability, parse the same page with Facebook og-validator. But actually it still doesn’t work for Twitter.

Did anybody solve the problem? Having the same behaviour exactly

Hi Guys,

Check my reply here: Have metatag and robots.txt - so why does fetching fail?

It may help.

Adam.
