"No metatags found" warn on Card Validator tool

Hi,

I can’t validate any page of this website even if I made sure that everything I know it’s fine. I’ve created a test html for this purpose to avoid any CMS influence. Please help to find what is wrong with it.

What I have already checked:

• to have all correct twitter metas
• correct content type
• correct robots.txt and asci encoding
• 200 http response curl -v -A Twitterbot https://www.artsjobsonline.com/test.html

I have searched in all related topics and tried every single possible solution, but non of them worked.

Issue fixed meanwhile, In WordPress we had a plugin iThemes Security Plugin which had banned two of Twitter IPs. I am still not sure how that could possibly affect a static HTML test page which I’ve done just to avoid any WP plugins implications in this.
