I am trying to enable the setting “Enable Callback Locking” but there is no “Enable Callback Locking” checkbox on my applications settings page on apps.twitter.com , only “Allow this application to be used to Sign in with Twitter” checkbox and nothing above. How can I get this checkbox for my app?

You don’t have to enable callback locking anymore. You just have to add your full callback URLs with paths but without parameters to your app settings.
