How to solve this ?
Summary cards do not need to be approved, you just need to have valid tags in your page.
You’ll need to use a proper domain rather than an IP address for your Cards to work.
Hi, I’ve been having the same problem except I’m trying to make use of the Player card functionality for my site, http://EntreeBuzz.com. (@EntreeBuzz)
When I plug in the url which I applied the twitter card meta tags to http://entreebuzz.com/new-york-city-restaurants-hells-kitchen-restaurants-crispins/ it indicates it has found the tags, but can’t preview the card because I’m not whitelisted. Further, the page I see doesn’t have a approval button for me to request whitelisted access.

Just tried this myself, and it looks like your site is indeed whitelisted, and the Player renders in the Card preview. Should be all set.
