Well I already have an app created with that handle, which I have been saying all along in this thread. Apparently I have not been clear enough (even the title of the thread says “… I have created one successfully…”). Furthermore I have communicated with the policy group asking if I somehow violated a policy which caused the loss of the button after having already created one. Here is their response:

Since none of my respondents here have paid close attention to what I have said throughout, I made this video to hopefully close all of the loopholes and “quick assumptions” so that we can get this issue solved. Please take the 90 seconds to look at it and we can go from there. I do appreciate it.
