the access token generator page says it successfully makes one … but it never shows up… i keep going round and round, waiting… whats up?
I am seeing the same thing happen for me. The same occurs when trying to regenerate keys or deleting an application… I receive successfully completed messages but none of these actions actually take affect…

I’m working with our operations team to resolve the HTTP 411 issues you’re experiencing. We’re being extra strict with the HTTP spec in this case.
In the meantime, I’ve mitigated the issues you’re encountering on dev.twitter.com’s application management interfaces.

Try with “Reset Keys” and start over. It worked for me!
