Hello,
In order to deploy a chatbot, I have to create an app in Twitter developer platform. Yet, I cannot create this app because my Twitter account is not eligible anymore to have a developer platform and I don’t understand the reason behind.
I have tried to edit an app that have already existed in the platform but I don’t have the possibility to set the dev environment.
What can I do to have the permission to have a developer account and create an app ?
