News mag can't tweet links (reporting on form didn't help)

Hi, we’re an Italian news magazine: since May 26th we haven’t been able to tweet our links because Twitter thinks they’re either spam or malignant. Also, our readers cannot tweet our links.

We immediately (and repeatedly) notified the problem using the appropriate form at https://support.twitter.com/articles/471493 and flagging the “I can’t tweet a link because Twitter thinks it’s spam” button.

But it has been more than 10 days and it hasn’t been resolved yet.

What do we do?

As a news organization, social media is a very important part of what we do and our followers and readers deserve to have their daily updates.
