Newbie with a Twitter Card Error

#1

I am having a problem getting my twitter card to display correctly. It pulls my generic logo or this pinterest logo and says “Title of Your Article”

My site is whitelisted. I don’t know what else to try - newbie here.

Here’s a post where it’s happening: http://www.counselorup.com/blog/lesson-planning-for-the-industrious-child

Sorry you’re having this problem. Here’s why this is happening.

You have OpenGraph markup in your page source, like this:

<meta property="og:description" content="Description of what your article"/>
<meta property="og:type" content="article"/>

(og:type maps to twitter:card = summary)

Then you also have all of these tags in the page as well:

<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/final_6_orig.jpg" />
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/selfesteem_orig.png" />
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/published/industrious-child-pin.png?1494605599" />
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/signature_24_orig.png" />
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/published/grey-facebook.png?1487703297" />
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/published/grey-twitter.png?1487703295" />
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/published/grey-tpt.png?1487703292" />
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/published/grey-pinterest.png?1487703290" />
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/published/grey-instagram.png?1487703287" />
<meta property="og:image" content="http://www.counselorup.com/uploads/1/1/1/8/11183983/1428506308.png" />

Twitter Cards only support a single image so it looks like one of these is being selected and displayed.

If you would like to control the card experience more I’d suggest implementing Twitter Card markup directly (maybe via a blog plugin), or editing these values directly.
