One option to enter Rafflecopter sweeps is to ask entrants to tweet a message at least once, if not daily. These accounts are not controlled by the contest host but will incur duplicate exact messages. Will the host or entrants be penalized by the new policy?

Substantially duplicate content may cause the user account, or originating application, to be suspended, regardless of source, scheduling, or automation.

Posting duplicative or substantially similar content, replies, or mentions over multiple accounts you control, or creating duplicate or substantially similar accounts, with or without the use of automation, is never allowed.
