New to the api, could use some tips?

Hi

I’d like to start developing with the twitter api but I’m not familiar with the code i think at least.
I was wondering if somebody could tell me what skills are important to learn when using the twitter api?
I’ve read about JSON and XML but I don’t know much about it.

What kinds of languages are you looking to code in? We have a set of great third-party libraries and API wrappers which can help, depending on the language you’re looking to use. Twitter API responses all use JSON at this point.
