New team app not appearing

I was recently added to a new Team and given Administrator access. I can see myself listed as an administrator when I go to /account/team. The problem is, when I visit /apps, I don’t see any apps listed, and it just says “Create your first app”. Why is my team’s app not listed? I saw other threads about applying for a developer account. When I go to the page to apply, and click “Apply for a developer account”, I’m taken to the /dashboard page. There is no verbiage about “pending application” or anything like that, so as far as I know I’ve been approved.

One thing of note: About a month ago I deleted my old Twitter account and created a new one with the same email address and handle. Could there be an issue with re-applying with a new account w/ same email & handle?

Thanks for reaching out here. Teams can be a bit confusing but here is a snippet from our documentation on the subject:

Team management does not currently include shared App credential view, edit, deletion abilities or grant/limit API access, which is based on App credentials.

You can whitelist apps to be shared with your team which might be the solution you are looking for here. Hope this helps!
